Our Inspiration
A combination of over 60 years of experience within the aviation industry, closely observing the operations of low cost and full fare airlines. From the early stages of pilot training, crew resource management training is an essential element of our robust training programs, which is not limited to crew resource management but also company resource management. Our passion and experience in aviation training has helped us develop efficient tailor-made training programs for the airlines. Cadets are trained and coached according to the specific airline’s requirements from day one. We also facilitate full time and part time programs for individuals to help them fulfilling their dream of becoming a pilot.

RAJAT AHUJA - Founder
Rajat hails from Jammu & Kashmir, India and is presently living in the United Arab Emirates.
Certified commercial pilot with more than 9000 hours and 13+ years of continuous global flight experience on Airbus A380 & A320 aircrafts. Crew Resource Management Facilitator and Aviation English Examiner.
BSc Computer Sciences and MBA Human Resource Management. Holder of Airline Transport Pilot License – Director General of Civil Aviation India, European Union Aviation Safety Agency, General Civil Aviation Authority UAE and Civil Aviation Directorate Serbia.
Sandeep Jain - Consultant
Sandeep is based in New Delhi, India and a finance professional by qualification with diverse experience in finance and business leadership roles in multiple geographies across the Asia Pacific, in industry segments such as FMCG, Media, Pharmaceuticals and Lifestyle products.
Sandeep spent almost 10 years outside India with a European FMCG company – 2 CEO stints over 6 years (Sri Lanka and Indonesia) and 4 years as Regional Finance Director (Asia Pacific) based in Singapore and on his return to India, set up this consultancy outfit, Value-Unlocked.
During his corporate career, Sandeep has worked with Perfetti Van Melle, HT Media (Hindustan Times), Gillette and Ranbaxy. In terms of qualifications, Sandeep is a chartered accountant and a certified internal auditor, which has been supplemented with various executive management programs. On the coaching side, Sandeep is a Marshall Goldsmith certified Coach, ACC credentialed ICF member, Peter Hawkin’s certified Systemic Team Coach, qualified NLP practitioner and a certified HOGAN assessor. Sandeep sees himself as a life-long learner and has over the past years upskilled to build competencies in digital marketing, business analytics, innovation and design thinking, which he draws on extensively across his assignments.
